CITY COUNCIL CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1409 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF JOHN ALTIERI, <br /> R. ~I-I2~TZ. AND RAY THOMPSON FOR REZONING AND <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-88-11 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, John Altieri, R. Marshall and Ray Thompson have applied <br /> for Planned Unit Development rezoning and development <br /> plan approval for a 21 parcel, single family residential <br /> project to be located on an approximately 12.3 acre site <br /> located generally in the area on the north side of the <br /> western terminus of Rose Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative <br /> declaration was adopted by Council on February 21, 1989; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendation for approval of the rezoning and <br /> development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on February 21, <br /> 1989; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and <br /> proposed rezoning are consistent with the General Plan <br /> policies of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves of the rezoning of an approximately 12.3 <br /> acre site located generally in the area on the north <br /> side of the western terminus of Rose Avenue. <br /> <br />Section 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April <br /> 8, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and <br /> dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby <br /> amended by Zoning Unit Map 372, attached hereto as <br /> EXhibit "A" dated March 21, 1989, and incorporated <br /> herein by reference. <br /> <br />Section 3. Approves the development plan for a 21-parcel single- <br /> family residential project to be located on an <br /> approximately 12.3 acre site located generally in the <br /> area on the north side of the western terminus of Rose <br /> Avenue subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "B" <br /> attached hereto and made part of this case by <br /> reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
