CITY COUNCIL CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1409 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF JOHN ALTIERI, R. ~I-I2~TZ. AND RAY THOMPSON FOR REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-88-11 WHEREAS, John Altieri, R. Marshall and Ray Thompson have applied for Planned Unit Development rezoning and development plan approval for a 21 parcel, single family residential project to be located on an approximately 12.3 acre site located generally in the area on the north side of the western terminus of Rose Avenue; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on February 21, 1989; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the rezoning and development plan; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on February 21, 1989; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and proposed rezoning are consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves of the rezoning of an approximately 12.3 acre site located generally in the area on the north side of the western terminus of Rose Avenue. Section 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 8, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map 372, attached hereto as EXhibit "A" dated March 21, 1989, and incorporated herein by reference. Section 3. Approves the development plan for a 21-parcel single- family residential project to be located on an approximately 12.3 acre site located generally in the area on the north side of the western terminus of Rose Avenue subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference.
