EXHIBIT "A" <br />PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2378 <br />OCTOBER 26, 1983 <br />1. That this use permit is granted for the property known as <br />555 Peters Avenue and that the bank shall occupy no more <br />than 5,200 sq. ft. of floor area of which no less than <br />1,000 sq. ft. shall be for storage. <br />2. That because all parking necessary to serve the bank and <br />the other uses on the subject property cannot be provided <br />on the subject site but instead the deficit will be provided <br />on a lease basis on the site known as Assessor's Parcel No. <br />94 -151 -2 located immediately east of the subject property and <br />where Section 2 -9.23 of Article 16 of the Zoning Code requires <br />an indenture be recorded for the required parking spaces <br />on the adjacent site, said indenture certifying that the <br />off -site parking facilities shall not be used for any other <br />purposes unless the need for the spaces on the adjacent site <br />is no longer necessary, and because the indenture proposed <br />by the owner of the subject property is for a period of <br />20 years, this use permit shall also be granted for a <br />period of 20 years. At the end of that period if the <br />bank wishes to continue to occupy the subject property it <br />will be necessary to demonstrate that sufficient parking for <br />that use and all other uses on the subject property can be <br />provided in accordance with the regulations of the zoning code <br />in effect at that time. <br />3. That the owner of the subject property be aware that permission <br />will not be granted for occupancy of approximately 2,300 sq. ft. <br />of the second floor of the office building until additional <br />parking has been provided or a variance has been granted by the <br />Board of Adjustment. <br />
