PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2377 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR THE BANK OF PLEASANTON AND PETERS STREET ASSOCIATES AS FILED UNDER CASE UP -83 -40 WHEREAS, the Bank of Pleasanton and Peters Street Associates have applied for approval of a conditional use permit to operate an approximately 6,000 sq. ft. bank facility at 555 Peters Avenue; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C -C (Central Commercial) District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 26, 1983 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City Staff concerning the proposed conditional use permit including the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the Staff indicated that there would not be a significant adverse impact on the environment should this conditional use permit be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Finds that based on the review of the Initial Study, public testimony, and documentary evidence presented at the public hearing, there would not be any significant adverse effects upon the environment as a result of approval of case UP -83 -40 as herein described. Section 2. Approves the Negative Declaration prepared for case UP- 83 -40. Section 3. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption or the day following notification of the City Council unless appealed. PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE 26TH DAY OF OCTOBER 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Arrigoni, Wilson and Chairman Jamieson NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: Commissioner Lindsey (stepped down)
