PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2373 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISISON OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A <br />GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT FOR JOHN FERRERI AND <br />FRED MIRANDA AS FILED UNDER CASE GP -83 -13 <br />WHEREAS, John Ferreri and Fred Miranda have applied to change the <br />general plan land use designation on approximately 6 acres <br />located at the southeast corner of Santa Rita Road and West <br />Las Positas Blvd. from "High Density Residential" to "Commercial <br />and Offices;" and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 26, 1983 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City Staff; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at this same duly noticed public hearing, the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of the mitigated negative <br />declaration prepared for case GP- 83 -13; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission felt that this general plan land <br />use change would be in the public interest. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the general plan land use change <br />herein described covered under case GP -83 -13 subject to <br />conditions shown on Exhibit A attached hereto and made part <br />of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ON THE 26TH DAY OF OCTOBER 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty Getty, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairman <br />Jamieson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: October 26, 1983 <br />William A.
