PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2370 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MODIFICATION <br />TO CASE PUD -80 -16 <br />WHEREAS, The City of Pleasanton has applied to amend the provisions <br />of Ordinance No. 973 relating to traffic levels of service <br />(LOS) and off -site traffic improvements for PUD -80 -16 <br />(Meyer Business Park); and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 12, 1983 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant documents and recommendations of the City staff; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, a modification of this type is considered to be categorically <br />exempt under CEQA. For this reason, no environmental <br />document accompanies this case; and <br />WHEREAS, Condition No. 63 of Ordinance No. 973, approving the <br />planned unit development for the Meyer Business Park <br />allows development on that property only as long as certain <br />impacted intersections adjacent to the site do not reach <br />level of service D (LOS D). Similar conditions have <br />been attachedto the Hacienda and Reynolds and Brown Business <br />Parks, but they limited development if certain intersections <br />reach level of service E; and <br />WHEREAS, at this same duly noticed public hearing the Planning <br />Commission recommended this same modification for the <br />property located in the Stoneridge Business Center (case <br />PUD- 81 -22); and <br />WHEREAS, the Council felt it would be unfair to limit Meyer and <br />other business parks to LOS D. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends changing Condition No. 63 of Ordinance <br />No. 973 governing the LOS for Meyer Business Park as <br />shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto and made part of <br />this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 12TH DAY OF OCTOBER 1983BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey and Chairman Jamieson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Wilson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />
