EXHIBIT A
PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2369
CASE PUD- 81 -22 -1M
October 12, 1983
PROPOSED CONDITION NO. 56 OF ORDINANCE 1014
That development on the subject property may continue
until the intersections at Foothill Road /Canyon Way,
Foothill Road /Deodar Way, Foothill Road /Stoneridge Drive,
Stoneridge Drive /Springdale Avenue, Stoneridge Drive/
Stoneridge Mall Road, Stoneridge Drive /I -680 southbound
off -ramp and Stoneridge Drive /I -680 northbound off -ramp
reach level of service E (LOS E) as described in the
Traffic Impact Analysis, Stoneridge Center Complex
prepared by Barton Aschman Associates. At such time, no
construction on the site not already started may be
commenced until mitigation measures are taken to return
those intersections to LOS D or better. Mitigation
measures should include the construction of the Stoneridge
Interchange or the use of van pooling, staggering hours of
operation, public transportation and other transportation
programs which would reduce overall traffic levels or
other mitigation measures acceptable to the City.
