PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2363 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) FOR MORRISON HOMES AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD -83 -18 WHEREAS, Morrison Homes has applied for PUD (Planned Unit Development) development plan approval of a 206 dwelling unit residential development project located north and south of a proposed park site on approximately 24 acres at the northeast corner of Santa Rita Road and Valley Avenue; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- Medium Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of September 28, 1983 the Planning Commission recommended approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for case PUD- 83 -18; and WHEREAS, at this same duly noticed public hearing the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City Staff; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed development plan is in conformance with the Planned Unit Development zoning of the subject property. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD- 83 -18, application of Morrison Homes for development plan approval as herein described subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE 28TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: Commissioners Arrigoni, Getty, Lindsey and Chairman Jamieson NOES: None ABSENT: Commissioners Doherty and Wilson ABSTAIN: None DATE: September 28, 1983
