PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2362 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR MORRISON HOMES AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD -83 -18 WHEREAS, Morrison Homes has applied for PUD (Planned Unit Development) development plan approval of a 206 dwelling unit residential development project located north and south of a proposed park site on approximately 24 acres at the northeast corner of Santa Rita Road and Valley Avenue; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) Medium Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of September 28, 1983 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant maps and recommendations of the City Staff cocnerning the proposed development plan, including the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated that there would not be any potentially significant adverse impacts on the environment as a result of approval of the proposed project. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Finds that based on the review of the Initial Study, public testimony and documentary evidence presented at the public hearing, there would be no significant adverse impacts upon the environment as a result of the proposed development. Section 2. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for case PUD- 83 -18. Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
