PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2362 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />PREPARED FOR MORRISON HOMES AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD -83 -18 <br />WHEREAS, Morrison Homes has applied for PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />development plan approval of a 206 dwelling unit residential <br />development project located north and south of a proposed park <br />site on approximately 24 acres at the northeast corner of Santa <br />Rita Road and Valley Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />Medium Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of September 28, 1983 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant maps and recommendations of the City Staff cocnerning <br />the proposed development plan, including the environmental <br />impacts of the proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts <br />in accordance with state and local guidelines governing <br />the preparation of negative declarations and environmental <br />impact reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated that there <br />would not be any potentially significant adverse impacts on <br />the environment as a result of approval of the proposed <br />project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Finds that based on the review of the Initial Study, <br />public testimony and documentary evidence presented at <br />the public hearing, there would be no significant <br />adverse impacts upon the environment as a result of the <br />proposed development. <br />Section 2. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for <br />case PUD- 83 -18. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ON THE 28TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />
