EXHIBIT "A" <br />PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO.2361 <br />CASE PUD- 83 -19, September 28, 1983 <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on the <br />development plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br />Division. <br />2. That a temporary connection shall be constructed between <br />the eastern extension of Paseo Santa Cruz and the "S" <br />shaped street immediately to the south. The design and <br />location of this connection shall be to the satisfaction of <br />the City Engineer. <br />3. That the design of the soundwall along the western boundary <br />of the subject property shall be identical to the soundwall <br />proposed to be adjacent to Tract 5163 and that the final <br />location of this wall shall be approved by the Planning <br />staff prior to final map approval. <br />4. That the westernmost lots on the subject property shall be <br />re- lotted once the location of the soundwall is established <br />so that the western property lines will be contiguous with <br />the soundwall. <br />5. That the developers shall enter into an agreement with the <br />City establishing how the landscaping in the area between <br />the soundwall and the western property of the subject property <br />shall be maintained. This agreement shall be entered into <br />prior to final map approval. <br />6. That the developer shall conduct an acoustical study of <br />the western side of the property to determine the proper <br />height and location of the soundwall. <br />7. That prior to final map approval, a landscape plan shall be <br />submitted to the City for approval showing landscaping in <br />the area between the soundwall and western property line. <br />8. That no on -site or off -site grading shall take place on the <br />subject property without prior City approval. <br />9. That no improvement activities, including but not limited <br />to, grading, construction, tree removal, or site preparation <br />shall be initiated until all proper City permits have been <br />obtained. <br />10. That the developer shall meet all requirements of the <br />Pleasanton Fire Code. <br />
