PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2361 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR PONDEROSA HOMES AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD -83 -19 WHEREAS, Ponderosa Homes has applied for PUD (Planned Unit Development) zoning and development plan approval of a 180 lot residential development project on approximately 38 acres located west and north of the existing terminus of Hansen Drive just east of the I -680 right -of -way; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R -1 -6500 (Single family Residential) District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of September 28, 1983 the Planning Commission recommended approval of the Mitigated Negative Declaration prepared for the proposed project; and WHEREAS, at this same duly noticed public hearing the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City Staff concerning this proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed zoning is in accordance with the General Plan for the area in which the proposal is located. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD- 83 -19, application of Ponderosa Homes as herein described subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE 28TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: Commissioners Arrigoni, Getty and Lindsey NOES: Chairman Jamieson ABSENT: Commissioners Doherty and Wilson ABSTAIN: None DATE: September 28, 1983
