PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2361 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF ZONING <br />AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR PONDEROSA <br />HOMES AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD -83 -19 <br />WHEREAS, Ponderosa Homes has applied for PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />zoning and development plan approval of a 180 lot residential <br />development project on approximately 38 acres located <br />west and north of the existing terminus of Hansen Drive <br />just east of the I -680 right -of -way; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R -1 -6500 (Single family <br />Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of September 28, 1983 <br />the Planning Commission recommended approval of the <br />Mitigated Negative Declaration prepared for the proposed <br />project; and <br />WHEREAS, at this same duly noticed public hearing the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits <br />and recommendations of the City Staff concerning this <br />proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed zoning is <br />in accordance with the General Plan for the area in which <br />the proposal is located. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD- 83 -19, application of <br />Ponderosa Homes as herein described subject to the conditions <br />shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this <br />case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ON THE 28TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Arrigoni, Getty and Lindsey <br />NOES: Chairman Jamieson <br />ABSENT: Commissioners Doherty and Wilson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: September 28, 1983 <br />
