PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2353 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF DESIGN PLANS FOR MEYER PROPERTIES, INC. AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD- 80 -16 -1D WHEREAS, Meyer Properties, Inc. has applied for design review approval for an approximately 101,500 sq. ft., 3 -story office building and related facilities and an approximately 162,385 sq. ft. 5 -story office building and related facilities on the west side of Hopyard Road south and north of the intersection with Morse Drive; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) General and Limited Industrial /Commercial and Offices District; and WHEREAS, a mitigated negative declaration was prepared for the PUD on the subject property. This mitigated negative declaration anticipated development of this type on the subject properties. For this reason, no environmental documents accompany this case; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of September 14, 1983 the Planning Commission considered all relevant exhibits, public testimony and recommendations of the City Staff. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD- 80 -16 -1D for Meyer Properties, Inc. as herein described subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
