PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2350 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE GP -83 -7, AS FILED BY LEE AMARAL WHEREAS, Lee Amaral has applied to amend the general plan land use designation from High Density Residential to Commercial and Offices on an approximately 11,400 sq. ft. site at 404 St. Mary Street and Peters Avenue); and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R -1 -6500 (Single family Residential) District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of September 14, 1983, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant maps and recommendations of the City Staff concerning the proposed general plan amendment including the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated that there would not be any significant impact on the environment should this application be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Finds that based on the review of the Initial Study, public testimony and documentary evidence presented at the public hearing, there would be no significant adverse impacts upon the environment as a result of approval of the proposed general plan amendment. Section 2. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for case GP -83 -7. Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE 14TH DAY OF SEPTEMBER 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairman Jamieson NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None
