PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASASNTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2349 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN APPLICATION <br />FOR VINTAGE ASSOCIATES AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD -83 -14 <br />WHEREAS, Vintage Associates has applied for PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) zoning and development plan approval for <br />a mixed use high density residential /commercial and <br />offices area, and related facilities on an approximately <br />2.2 acre site located at the northeast corner of Bernal <br />Avenue (Pico) and Palomino Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD Commercial District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of August 24, 1983 <br />the Planning Commission recommended approval of the <br />Negative Declaration prepared for case PUD- 83 -14; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of August 24, <br />1983, the Planning Commission considered all public <br />testimony, relevant documents and recommendations of <br />the City Staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the proposed PUD to be <br />in conformance with the General Plan Land Use designation <br />of the subject property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the applicaton of Vintage <br />Associates as filed under case PUD -83 -14 as described <br />herein subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 24TH DAY OF AUGUST 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairman Jamieson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: August 24, 1983 <br />Robert J. arris, Secretary <br />
