PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2347 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />FOR HOWARD MARK COMPANY AS FILED UNDER CASE UP -83 -25 <br />WHEREAS, Howard Mark Company has applied for approval of a conditional <br />use permit to operate a model home sales office and <br />related facilities at 100 Monaco Court; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />Medium Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of August 24, 1983 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City Staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed location of <br />the conditional use is in accord with the objectives of the <br />zoning ordinance and the purposes of the district in which <br />the site is located; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed location of <br />the conditional use and the conditions under which it would be <br />operated or maintained would not be detrimental to the <br />public health, safesty, or welfare or be materially injurious <br />to properties or improvements in the vicinity; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed conditional <br />use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of <br />the zoning ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves a conditional use permit to operate a model <br />home sales ofifce and related facilities at 100 Monaco Court <br />subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto <br />and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passge and adoption or the day after the next City Council <br />meeting whichever is later. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ON THE 24TH DAY OF AUGUST 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey and Chairman Jamieson <br />NOES: Commissioner Wilson <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />
