6. That a final landscape plan shall be submitted to the Planning Division for approval prior to issuance of a building permit. 7. That the play area shall be enclosed with a masonry wall or precast concrete wall, the design of which shall be approved by the Planning Division prior to issuance of a building permit. Said wall shall be 7 to 8 ft. in height along the southern property line of the subject site and along approximately 1/2 of the western property line where it shall step down to 6 ft. at the northern boundary of the play area. 8. That the playground equipment to be used shall be submitted to the Planning Division for approval prior to installation, 9. That samples of the roofing material, mini brick and stucco shall be submitted to the Planning Division for approval prior to issuance of a building permit. 10.
