6. That a final landscape plan shall be submitted to the <br />Planning Division for approval prior to issuance of a <br />building permit. <br />7. That the play area shall be enclosed with a masonry wall <br />or precast concrete wall, the design of which shall be <br />approved by the Planning Division prior to issuance of <br />a building permit. Said wall shall be 7 to 8 ft. in height <br />along the southern property line of the subject site and <br />along approximately 1/2 of the western property line <br />where it shall step down to 6 ft. at the northern boundary <br />of the play area. <br />8. That the playground equipment to be used shall be submitted <br />to the Planning Division for approval prior to installation, <br />9. That samples of the roofing material, mini brick and stucco <br />shall be submitted to the Planning Division for approval prior <br />to issuance of a building permit. <br />10. That the hours of operation of the day care center shall <br />be 6:00 A.M. to 6:30 P.M. Monday through Friday only. <br />11. That the day care center shall be limited to a maximum <br />of 156 children. <br />12. That all requirements of case PUD -80 -15 shall be met. <br />13. That the street number of the building be posted so <br />as to be easily seen from the street at all times, day <br />and night. <br />14. That all ducts, meters, air conditioning equipment, and <br />any other mechanical equipment, whether on the structure, <br />on the ground, or elsewhere, be effectively screened <br />from view with materials architecturally compatible <br />with the main structure. <br />15. That all mechanical equipment be constructed in such a <br />manner that noise emanating from it will not be per- <br />ceptible at or beyond the property plane of the subject <br />property in a normal environment for that zoning district. <br />
