PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2346 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASAANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION OF KINDER CARE LEARNING CENTERS, INC. AND TRACOR /MBA AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD- 80 -15 -1D WHEREAS, Kinder Care Learning Centers, Inc. and Tracor /MBA have applied for PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) modification and development plan approval to allow for the construction of an approximately 8,400 sq. ft. daycare facility on approximately .8 acre site, located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Brockton Drive and Pimlico Drive (realigned); and; WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) Commercial District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of August 24, 1983 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony and reviewed all pertinent exhibits concerning this application; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the mitigated negative declaration for this project; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found this proposal to be in conformance with the PUD zoning of the subject site. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of cas PUD- 80 -15 -1D as described herein subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passge and adoption.
