PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2338 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A REZONING APPLICATION <br />FOR THE PLEASANTON SCHOOL DISTRICT AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />RZ -83 -5 <br />WHEREAS, Pleasanton Joint School District has applied to rezone an <br />approximately 17 acre school site (Pleasanton Elementary School) <br />District to the "P" (Public and Institutional) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of July 27, 1983 the Planning <br />Commission after considering all public testimony, relevant <br />exhibits recommended approval of the Negative Declaration prepared <br />for this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the "P" (Public and Institutional conforms to the Land Use <br />Designation for the subject property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE <br />FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the Pleasanton Joint School District's <br />application to rezone an approximately 17 acre school site <br />(Pleasanton Elementary School) District from the R -1 -65 (Single- family <br />Residential) to the "P" (Public and Institutional) District. <br />Section 2.
