MEMORANDUM TO: Planning Commission FROM: Engineering Services City Engineer SUBJECT: Staff Report for Tentative Map Tract 4940, Deer Oaks This development is recommended for approval subject to the following conditions: 1. That the developer dedicate to the City for street right -of -way purposes those parcels of land intended to be public streets and shown on the tentative map as a portion of Foothill Road. 2. That the developer dedicate a grant of easement to the City over those parcels shown on the tentative map as public service easements (P.S.E.) or as required by the City Engineer. 3. That approval of the design for the line, grade, and structural sections for the streets serving this development be withheld pending final design and review by the City Engineer. 4. That the developer secure approval from the Planning Director for all proposed street names prior to submittal of the final map. 5. That the developer reserve a new tract number for this application. 6.
