MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Planning Commission <br />FROM: Engineering Services City Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Staff Report for Tentative Map <br />Tract 4940, Deer Oaks <br />This development is recommended for approval subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the developer dedicate to the City for street <br />right -of -way purposes those parcels of land intended <br />to be public streets and shown on the tentative map <br />as a portion of Foothill Road. <br />2. That the developer dedicate a grant of easement to <br />the City over those parcels shown on the tentative <br />map as public service easements (P.S.E.) or as required <br />by the City Engineer. <br />3. That approval of the design for the line, grade, and <br />structural sections for the streets serving this <br />development be withheld pending final design and <br />review by the City Engineer. <br />4. That the developer secure approval from the Planning <br />Director for all proposed street names prior to submittal <br />of the final map. <br />5. That the developer reserve a new tract number for this <br />application. <br />6. That vertical P.C.C. curbs and <br />within this development unless <br />the City Engineer and that the <br />poured monolithically with the <br />sidewalk is adjacent. <br />July 27, 1983 <br />gutters be constructed <br />otherwise approved by <br />curb and gutter be <br />sidewalk when the <br />7.
