PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2335 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING REVISED PLANS AS APPROVED BY CITY COUNCIL FOR SHELTER CAPITAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD -83 -9 WHEREAS, on July 26, 1983 the City Council approved 200 units as opposed to 232 units recommended by the Planning Commission for the development proposed for the easternmost 11 acres of the 27 acre parcel located south of the Arroyo Mocho and east of Santa Rita Road; and WHEREAS, it is required that the Planning Commission review plans again when a substantial change has been made in the Plans between the time Planning Commission makes a recommendation and the time City Council approves the development; and WHEREAS, at their meeting of July 27, 1983 the Planning Commission reviewed the revised development plan and concurred with the action of the City Council. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves the revised development plan, dated July 8, 1983, and modifies the following conditions of Resolution No. 2311: 1. That the development be substantially as shown on the development plan, Exhibit A, dated July 8, 1983, on file with the Planning Division. 70. That the developer and owner use best efforts to rent the apartment units to citizens over 60 years of age for at least 25% of the development. 71. That the developer use his best efforts to obtain the right to plant a low maintenance landscaping buffer along the Zone 7 property north of the northern property line. 72. That the developer use only those screening trees appropriate for the height of the buildings without obscuring distant views to either the development residences or neighbors to the north. A 30' height limitation should be the guideline. 73. That the swimming pool area shall be completely lighted to provide adequate vision of the entire pool area. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
