9. That in order to maintain existing levels of fire <br />service per general plan policies, the developer shall <br />enter into an agreement to fund (or participate in the <br />funding of) a study of fire service requirements <br />necessitated by the subject project and other proposed <br />major commercial /industrial projects; that the project <br />shall be constructed in such a way as to minimize fire <br />hazards; and that the developer shall agree to parti- <br />cipate in the financing of the necessary fire apparatus <br />and manpower required to serve this project as well as <br />other mutual projects while maintaining existing City <br />wide levels of fire service. The level of participation <br />in the latter shall take into consideration the project's <br />contribution toward City services generally, including <br />fire services, The agreement shall be entered into prior <br />to issuance of a building permit, <br />10. That all buildings and /or structures must comply with <br />all codes and ordinances in effect at the time required <br />permits are issued by the Planning Division. <br />11. That the location of any pad mounted transformers shall <br />be subject to approval by the Planning Division prior <br />to issuance of a building permit. Generally speaking, <br />such transformers shall not be located between any street <br />and the front of a building. <br />12. That a specific soils /foundation analysis of the <br />proposed project shall be prepared by a certified <br />soils engineer prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />13. That the applicant shall comply with all recommendations <br />contained in the geologic report from Terrasearch dated <br />April 1983. <br />14. That prior to issuance of a building permit, the <br />developer shall prepare a noise analysis of the <br />building to ensure that interior noise levels do not <br />exceed the standards set in the Pleasanton Ordinance <br />Code for the uses proposed. <br />15. That during excavation on the site, an archaeologist <br />shall be kept on retainer by the developer and called <br />in to analyze any artifacts or archaeological evidence <br />which may be unearthed during excavation. <br />
