WHEREAS, as a result of an application from Coast Federal <br />Savings requesting that the City Council modify <br />their policy requiring that financial institutions <br />first have a branch in the downtown area before <br />locating in any outlying commercial district <br />(except the C -R District); and <br />the Council asked that the Planning Commission review <br />this matter prior to their making a decision on it; and <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends the policies set forth in City Council <br />Resolution No. 73 -34 be retained. <br />Section 2.
