WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, Section Section Section AYES: NOES: ABSENT: ABSTAIN: PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2330 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR VINTAGE ASSOCIATES, LTD. AS FILED UNDER CASE GP -83 -4 Vintage Associates, Ltd. has applied to amend the general plan land use designation on 2.2 acres located at the northeast corner of Pico Avenue and Palomino Drive from "Commercial and Offices" to "Commercial and Offices /High Density Residential; and at their duly noticed public hearing of July 13, 1983, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant maps and recommendations of the City staff concerning the proposed general plan amendment including the environmental impacts of the proposal; and the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated that there would not be any significant impact on the environment should this application be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: 1. Finds that based on the review of the Initial Study, public testimony and documentary evidence presented at the public hearing, there would be no significant adverse impacts upon the environment as a result of approval of the proposed general plan amendment. 2. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for case GP -83 -4. 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE 13TH DAY OF JULY 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairman Jamieson None None None
