WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT AS FILED BY BCSM PARTNERS UNDER CASE UP -83 -17 <br />BCSM Partners has applied for conditional use permit <br />approval for an approximately 12,000 sq. ft. <br />electrical supply warehouse /office and related <br />facilities on an approximately .87 acre site at <br />2166 Rheem Drive; and <br />zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />Industrial District; and <br />warehousing is a conditionally allowed use on the <br />subject property; and <br />at their duly noticed public hearing of July 13, 1983 <br />the Planning Commission, after considering all public <br />input, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of City <br />Staff recommended approval of the development plan and <br />Negative Declaration for the subject development and <br />proposed use; and <br />the Planning Commission found that the proposed location <br />of the conditional use is in accord with the objectives <br />of the chapter of the Ordinance Code addressing this <br />subject; and <br />the Planning Commission found that the proposed location <br />of the conditional use and the conditions under which <br />it would be operated or maintained would not be detrimental <br />to the public health, safety or welfare or be materially <br />injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity; and <br />the Planning Commission found that the proposed conditional <br />use would comply with each of the applicable provisions <br />of the Ordinance Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />1. Approves case UP- 83 -17, application of BCSM Partners, <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That this use permit is granted for the property <br />located at 2166 Rheem Drive only. <br />2. That approval of case UP -83 -17 is subject to all <br />conditions of approval of case PUD- 82- 18 -3 D. <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />Section <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2328 <br />
