PUD- 82 -18 -3D <br />EXHIBIT "A" July 13, 1983 <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on the <br />development plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br />Division. <br />2. That any fenced area at the rear of the building extend <br />no more than 66 feet from that structure and be no more <br />than about BC feet in vridth, <br />3. That the 30 ft. wide common driveway be constructed <br />in total in conjunction with the subject project. <br />4. That the colors for the building be submitted to the <br />Planning Division for approval prior to issuance of <br />a building permit. <br />5. That a. final landscape plan be submitted to the <br />Planning Division for approval prior to issuance <br />of a building permit. <br />6. That the location of a:iy pad mounted t a';.dtor e: "s <br />shall be subject to approval by the Planning Division <br />prior to issuance of a building permit. Generally <br />speaking, such transformers shall not be located <br />between the street and the front of the building. <br />7. That the street number of the building be posted so <br />as to be easily seen from the street at all times, day <br />and night. <br />8. That all ducts, meters, air conditioning equipment, and <br />any other mechanical equipment, whether on the structure, <br />on the ground, or elsewhere, be effectively screened <br />from view with materials architecturally c. :.npatible <br />with the main structure. <br />9 That all mechanical equipment be constructed in such a <br />manner that noise emanating from it will not be per- <br />ceptible at or beyond the property plane of the subject <br />property in a normal environment for that zoning district. <br />10. That all lighting be constructed in such a manner that <br />glare is directed away from surrounding properties and <br />rights -of way. <br />A -1 <br />
