WHEREAS, BCSM Partners has applied for PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) development plan approval for an <br />approximately 12,000 sq. ft. electrical supply <br />warehouse /office and related facilities on an <br />approximately .87 acre site at 2166 Rheem Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />Industrial District; and <br />WHEREAS, <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2327 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF <br />CASE BCSM PARTNERS AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD- 82 -18 -3D <br />at their duly noticed public hearing of July 13, 1983, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant maps and recommendations of the City staff; and <br />WHEREAS, at this same duly noticed public hearing the Planning <br />Commission recommended approval of the Negative Declaration <br />prepared for this project; and <br />WHEREAS, the proponents of this action requested that they be <br />allowed to work with the City staff to resolve <br />differences in proposed conditions of approval <br />(Nos. 2 and 32) prior to action of City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, inasmuch as resolution to the disparity in the two <br />conditions mentioned above could not be resolved by the <br />Planning Commission at their meeting of July 13, 1983. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the application of BCSM <br />Partners for PUD (Planned Unit Development) development <br />plan approval for an approximately 12,000 sq. ft. <br />electrical supply warehouse /office and related facilities <br />on an approximately .87 acre site at 2166 Rheem Drive <br />subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached <br />hereto and made part of this case by reference with the <br />express understanding that the staff and applicant are <br />to work together in an attempt to resolve differences <br />in Conditions No. 2 and 32 prior to City Council <br />consideration of July 26, 1983. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
