WHEREAS, BCSM Partners has applied for PUD (Planned Unit Development) development plan approval for an approximately 12,000 sq. ft. electrical supply warehouse /office and related facilities on an approximately .87 acre site at 2166 Rheem Drive; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) Industrial District; and WHEREAS, PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2327 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE BCSM PARTNERS AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD- 82 -18 -3D at their duly noticed public hearing of July 13, 1983, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant maps and recommendations of the City staff; and WHEREAS, at this same duly noticed public hearing the Planning Commission recommended approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for this project; and WHEREAS, the proponents of this action requested that they be allowed to work with the City staff to resolve differences in proposed conditions of approval (Nos. 2 and 32) prior to action of City Council; and WHEREAS, inasmuch as resolution to the disparity in the two conditions mentioned above could not be resolved by the Planning Commission at their meeting of July 13, 1983. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of the application of BCSM Partners for PUD (Planned Unit Development) development plan approval for an approximately 12,000 sq. ft. electrical supply warehouse /office and related facilities on an approximately .87 acre site at 2166 Rheem Drive subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference with the express understanding that the staff and applicant are to work together in an attempt to resolve differences in Conditions No. 2 and 32 prior to City Council consideration of July 26, 1983. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
