WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2326 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE <br />NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD- 82- 18 -3D, <br />BCSM PARTNERS <br />BCSM Partners has applied for PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />development plan approval for an approximately 12,000 <br />sq. ft. electrical supply warehouse /office and related <br />facilities on an approximately .87 acre site at <br />2166 Rheem Drive; and <br />zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />Industrial District; and <br />at their duly noticed public hearing of July 13, 1983, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant maps and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning the proposed development plan including <br />the environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br />the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with state and local guidelines <br />governing the preparation of negative declarations and <br />environmental impact reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated <br />that there would not be any significant impact on the <br />environment should this project be approved. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Finds that based on the review of the Initial Study, <br />public testimony and documentary evidence presented at <br />the public hearing, there would be no significant adverse <br />impacts upon the environment as a result of project approval. <br />Section 2. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration <br />prepared for Case PUD- 82- 18 -3D. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 13TH DAY OF JULY 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairman Jamieson <br />None <br />None <br />None <br />
