WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, AYES: NOES: ABSENT: ABSTAIN: PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2326 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD- 82- 18 -3D, BCSM PARTNERS BCSM Partners has applied for PUD (Planned Unit Development) development plan approval for an approximately 12,000 sq. ft. electrical supply warehouse /office and related facilities on an approximately .87 acre site at 2166 Rheem Drive; and zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) Industrial District; and at their duly noticed public hearing of July 13, 1983, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant maps and recommendations of the City staff concerning the proposed development plan including the environmental impacts of the proposal; and the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated that there would not be any significant impact on the environment should this project be approved. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Finds that based on the review of the Initial Study, public testimony and documentary evidence presented at the public hearing, there would be no significant adverse impacts upon the environment as a result of project approval. Section 2. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for Case PUD- 82- 18 -3D. Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE 13TH DAY OF JULY 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairman Jamieson None None None
