PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2322 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT FOR THE CITY OF PLEASANTON AS FILED UNDER CASE GP -83 -3 WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to amend the General Plan Land Use Element to include specific reference to residential population densities and commercial /industrial land use intensities; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 22, 1983 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, exhibits and recommendations of the City Staff concerning this proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City Staff indicated that there would not be a significant impact on the environment concerning this proposal. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Finds that based upon the review of the Initial Study, public testimony and documentary evidence presented at the public hearing that there would not be any significant adverse impact upon the environment as a result of project approval. Section 2. Approves the Negative Declaration prepared for case GP -83 -3 as herein described. Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
