That the home occupation permit is granted only for the property located at 4363 Second Street. 2, That one 3 -axle tractor may be used in conjunction with the home occupation, no trailer either loaded or unloaded shall ever be brought on or adjacent to the property located at 4363 Second Street. 3. That this home occupation permit is approved for a long distance trucking business where the vehicle is on the premises only a few days per month and not for a short haul trucking business where it would be on the premises most of the time. 4. That this permit is granted for a period of one year, at which time it shall be reviewed administratively by the Planning Division; if complaints have been received with regard to the activities on the site, the matter shall then be referred to the Planning Commission for reconsideration. 5. No one other than residents of the dwelling shall be employed in the conduct of the home occupation. 6. Materials, equipment, stock or supplies used for the home occupation shall not occupy more than one room of a dwelling or more than 50 square feet of an accessory building or garage. 7. Nothing in connection with the home occupation shall inhibit the use of a garage for the storage of motor vehicles. 8. No manufacturing shall take place in conjunction with the home occupation except for the production of hand made objects otherwise consistent with the conditions of this article, 9. The home occupation shall be clearly incidental and subordinant to the use of the structure as a dwelling. 10. The home occupation shall not create any radio or television interference, or create noise in excess of that normally created by residential uses allowed in the district.
