That the home occupation permit is granted only for <br />the property located at 4363 Second Street. <br />2, That one 3 -axle tractor may be used in conjunction with <br />the home occupation, no trailer either loaded or unloaded <br />shall ever be brought on or adjacent to the property <br />located at 4363 Second Street. <br />3. That this home occupation permit is approved for a long <br />distance trucking business where the vehicle is on the <br />premises only a few days per month and not for a short <br />haul trucking business where it would be on the premises <br />most of the time. <br />4. That this permit is granted for a period of one year, <br />at which time it shall be reviewed administratively by <br />the Planning Division; if complaints have been received <br />with regard to the activities on the site, the matter <br />shall then be referred to the Planning Commission for <br />reconsideration. <br />5. No one other than residents of the dwelling shall be <br />employed in the conduct of the home occupation. <br />6. Materials, equipment, stock or supplies used for the <br />home occupation shall not occupy more than one room <br />of a dwelling or more than 50 square feet of an accessory <br />building or garage. <br />7. Nothing in connection with the home occupation shall inhibit <br />the use of a garage for the storage of motor vehicles. <br />8. No manufacturing shall take place in conjunction with <br />the home occupation except for the production of hand <br />made objects otherwise consistent with the conditions <br />of this article, <br />9. The home occupation shall be clearly incidental and <br />subordinant to the use of the structure as a dwelling. <br />10. The home occupation shall not create any radio or television <br />interference, or create noise in excess of that normally <br />created by residential uses allowed in the district. <br />
