32. That a sanitary sewer sampling manhole be provided on the <br />sanitary sewer lateral from each building within the <br />development unless otherwise waived by the City Engineer. <br />33. That all truck traffic generated by the development, <br />including trucks used in construction activities, shall <br />utilize only Hopyard Road between the subject site and <br />I -580. Once the Stoneridge /X -680 interchange is constructed, <br />trucks may proceed southerly and westerly utilizing Hopyard <br />Road, Stoneridge Drive and the streets in the Meyer Business <br />Park to the Stoneridge /I -680 interchange, Trucks shall use <br />no other routes to reach the site. <br />34. If Parcels A through D are intended for separate ownership, <br />the developer shall process a minor subdivision application <br />and record a parcel map to effect the subdivision. This <br />parcel map would be a resubdivision of Lots J, K and L of <br />Parcel Map 3874. <br />35. That the developer dedicate a grant of easement to the <br />City over those parcels required by the City Engineer as <br />public service easements (P.S.E.). <br />36. That the developer comply with any and all applicable <br />requirements of the cross connections control and <br />backflow prevention device programs required by the <br />California Administrative Code, Title 17, <br />37. That the developer submit a refundable cash bond for <br />hazard control prior to approval of the site development <br />plan(s). The amount of this bond will be determined by <br />the City Engineer ($2500). <br />38. That the location of the sidewalk pathway within the <br />landscaped PSE be revised as required to connect to the <br />proposed driveways. <br />39. That approval for the precise location of the driveway <br />openings be withheld pending final design to minimize <br />traffic and utility conflicts. <br />
