PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2320 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF OF DEVELOPMENT PLANS FOR REYNOLDS AND BROWN AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD- 82 -1 -1D WHEREAS, Reynolds and Brown have applied for development plan approval of seven commercial /industrial buildings, totalling approximately 166,000 sq. ft. and related facilities on four parcels totalling approximately 13 acres located at the northwest corner of Johnson Drive and Owens Drive (southerly portion); and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) Industrial /Commercial and Offices District; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has found that the development plans are in conformance with the zoning of the property and land use designation of the site; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for this application at their duly noticed public hearing of June 22, 1983; and WHEREAS, at the duly noticed public hearing of June 22, 1983 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, exhibits and recommendations of City Staff. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Recommends approval of seven commercial industrial buildings as herein described subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton on the 22nd day of June 1983 by the following vote: AYES: Commissioners Arrigoni, Getty and Acting Chairman Lindsey NOES: None ABSENT: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson and Wilson ABSTAIN: None DATE: June 22, 1983
