PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2319 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING THE SUBDIVISION <br />FILED BY WILLIAM YEE UNDER CASE MS -82 -4 <br />WHEREAS, William Yee has applied to subdivide an approximately 51 acre <br />site into four parcels, consisting of three approximately 5 <br />acre and one 36 acre parcels located on the west side of <br />Foothill Road directly across from Foothill High School; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is "A" (Agricultural) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 22, 1983 the <br />Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant <br />exhibits and recommendations of the City Staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission approved the Mitigated Negative <br />Declaration prepared for this project; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision conforms to the zoning and land <br />use designation of the subject property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves case MS -82 -4, application of William Yee, as herein <br />described subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on the <br />Tentative Parcel Map 3692 on file with the City except <br />that Parcel 4 may be approximately 10 acres in size. <br />2. That approval of this case is subject to all recommendations <br />of the Fault Hazards Reconnaisance Report prepared by Darwin, <br />Meyers Association dated February 1, 1983 on file with the <br />Planning Division. <br />3. That soils and foundation engineering studies required for <br />individual sites found in Darwin, Meyers' report shall be <br />extended to include investigations of planned driveways <br />and /or access roads within the parcels. These extended <br />studies should include assessments of road cuts and fill <br />slope stability and of drainage control features. <br />4. That approval of this case is subject to all conditions <br />shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this <br />case by reference. <br />
