PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2318 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR CASE MS -82 -4, WILLIAM YEE WHEREAS, William Yee has applied to subdivide an approximately 51 acre site into four parcels, consisting of three approximately 5 acre and one 36 acre parcels located on the west side of Foothill Road directly across from Foothill High School; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is "A" (Agricultural) District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 22, 1983 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City Staff; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with state and local guidelines governing the preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City Staff indicated that there might be a significant impact on the environment concerning geologic impacts and water related impacts, but that conditions included in the project approval would reduce any potentially significant adverse environmental effects to an insignificant level. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Finds that based upon the review of the Initial Study, public testimony and documentary evidence presented at the public hearing that there would be no significant adverse impacts upon the environment as a result of project approval because of conditions imposed thereon. Section 2. Approves the Mitigated Negative Declaration prepared for case MS -82 -4 as described herein. Section 3. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE 22ND DAY OF JUNE 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: Commissioners Arrigoni, Getty and Acting Chairman Lindsey NOES: None ABSENT: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson and Wilson ABSTAIN: None
