PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2318 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A MITIGATED NEGATIVE <br />DECLARATION FOR CASE MS -82 -4, WILLIAM YEE <br />WHEREAS, William Yee has applied to subdivide an approximately 51 acre <br />site into four parcels, consisting of three approximately 5 <br />acre and one 36 acre parcels located on the west side of <br />Foothill Road directly across from Foothill High School; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is "A" (Agricultural) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 22, 1983 the <br />Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant <br />exhibits and recommendations of the City Staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in <br />accordance with state and local guidelines governing the <br />preparation of negative declarations and environmental impact <br />reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City Staff indicated that there <br />might be a significant impact on the environment concerning geologic <br />impacts and water related impacts, but that conditions included <br />in the project approval would reduce any potentially significant <br />adverse environmental effects to an insignificant level. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Finds that based upon the review of the Initial Study, <br />public testimony and documentary evidence presented at the public <br />hearing that there would be no significant adverse impacts upon <br />the environment as a result of project approval because of <br />conditions imposed thereon. <br />Section 2. Approves the Mitigated Negative Declaration prepared for <br />case MS -82 -4 as described herein. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage <br />and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ON THE 22ND DAY OF JUNE 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Arrigoni, Getty and Acting Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson and Wilson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />
