DATE: June 8, 1983 PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2317 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A TENTATIVE TRACT MAP FOR MILDRED VALLERINO AND MIKE HARRIS UNDER TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NO. 5079 WHEREAS, Mildred Vallerino and Mike Harris have applied for tentative subdivision approval for a 62 lot residential townhouse project including common facilities on approximately 4.7 acres located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Amador Court; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) -High Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 8, 1983, the Planning Commission considered all public input, pertinent documents and recommendation of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the proposed subdivision to be in conformance with the PUD zoning district as well as the General Plan of the City. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves the tentative subdivision for Mildred Vallerino and Mike Harris for the 62 lot residential townhouse project including common facilities on approximately 4.7 acres located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite Amador Court subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development shall be substantially as shown on Tentative Map Tract 5079, dated May 28, 1983 on file with the City. 2. That approval of Tentative Map Tract 5079 is subject to all conditions contained in the staff report from the City Engineer dated June 8, 1983 attached hereto and made part of this by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE 8TH DAY OF JUNE 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey, Wilson and Chairman Jamieson NOES: None ABSENT: None ABSTAIN: None
