WHEREAS, Devcon Construction, Inc. has applied for design review approval to <br />allow the construction of an approximately 32,000 sq. ft. industrial park <br />building and related facilities on an approximately 86,000 sq. ft. <br />site at 2142 and 2150 Rheem Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) General and <br />Limited Industrial District; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the mitigated <br />negative declaration prepared for case PUD- 82- 18 -2D; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 8, 1983 the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, relevant maps and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning the proposed development <br />plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the subject proposal to be in conformance <br />with the General Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE <br />FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD- 82 -18 -2D as herein described subject <br />to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part <br />of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
