WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2308 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A TENTATIVE MAP FOR TRACT 5004, FILED BY DOROTHY JOHNSON AND KEN GOOCH AND ASSOCIATES Dorothy Johnson is the owner of the approximately 20 acre parcel located southeast of the intersection of Mavis Drive and Ewing Drive, approximately .5 acres of which is being sold to Ken Gooch; and Ken Gooch has applied for tentative approval to sub- divide this 5 acre parcel into 18 lots (minimum lot size, 8000 sq. ft.) for construction of single- family residences; and zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Develop- ment)- Medium Density Residential District; and a mitigated negative declaration was prepared for the PUD on the subject property which foresaw a development of the type proposed by Mr. Gooch, therefore, no further environmental consideration is necessary at this time; and at their duly noticed public hearing on May 25, 1983 the Planning Commission considered all relevant documents, public testimony and staff recommendations concerning this application and found this subdivision to be in conformance with the General Plan Land Use and zoning designation for the parcel. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves Tract 5004, filed by Dorothy Johnson and Ken Gooch and Associates to subdivide five acres located southeast of the intersection of Mavis Drive and Ewing Drive into 18 lots (minimum lot size, 8000 sq. ft.) as described herein, subject to the three conditions attached hereto as Exhibit A and the 30 conditions in the Engineering report attached hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption.
