WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2308 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A TENTATIVE MAP <br />FOR TRACT 5004, FILED BY DOROTHY JOHNSON AND <br />KEN GOOCH AND ASSOCIATES <br />Dorothy Johnson is the owner of the approximately 20 <br />acre parcel located southeast of the intersection of <br />Mavis Drive and Ewing Drive, approximately .5 acres of <br />which is being sold to Ken Gooch; and <br />Ken Gooch has applied for tentative approval to sub- <br />divide this 5 acre parcel into 18 lots (minimum lot <br />size, 8000 sq. ft.) for construction of single- family <br />residences; and <br />zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Develop- <br />ment)- Medium Density Residential District; and <br />a mitigated negative declaration was prepared for the <br />PUD on the subject property which foresaw a development <br />of the type proposed by Mr. Gooch, therefore, no <br />further environmental consideration is necessary at <br />this time; and <br />at their duly noticed public hearing on May 25, 1983 <br />the Planning Commission considered all relevant documents, <br />public testimony and staff recommendations concerning <br />this application and found this subdivision to be in <br />conformance with the General Plan Land Use and zoning <br />designation for the parcel. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Approves Tract 5004, filed by Dorothy Johnson and <br />Ken Gooch and Associates to subdivide five acres located <br />southeast of the intersection of Mavis Drive and Ewing <br />Drive into 18 lots (minimum lot size, 8000 sq. ft.) <br />as described herein, subject to the three conditions <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A and the 30 conditions <br />in the Engineering report attached hereto as Exhibit B <br />and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective 15 days <br />after its passage and adoption. <br />
