PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2307 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING CASE CC -83 -3, APPLICATION OF THEODORE AND MARY VINTNER, TRACT 5168 WHEREAS, Theodore and Mary Vinther have applied for tentative subdivision and condominium conversion approval to convert six rental dwelling units at 4359 Fairlands Drive to condominiums; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is RM -15 (Multi- family Residential) District; and WHEREAS, based upon the consent of all of the tenants, this application shall be considered in an exempt category and is therefore to be reviewed by the Planning Coumiission and not the City Council; and WHEREAS, at the duly noticed public hearing on May 25, 1943 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, exhibits and recommendations of the applicants and City staff regarding the tentative map; and WHEREAS, the proposed conversion and tentative map are in conformance with the General Plan for the property which is the subject of this application. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the application of Theodore and Mary Vinther for condominium conversion anproval to convert six rental dwelling units at 4359 Fairlands Drive to condominiums, Case CC -83 -3, subiect to the conditions of approval of Tentative Map for Tract 5163. Section 2: Approves the tentative map for Tract 5168, Case CC -83 -3, subject to the conditions set forth on Exhibit "A attached hereto and made a nart hereof by this reference. Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
