PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2002 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A TENTATIVE MAP FOR NORTHWOOD HOMES AS FILED UNDER MAP NO. 4850 Exhibit "A" Res. No. 2306 WHEREAS, Northwood Homes has applied for tentative tract approval to subdivide an approximately 1.78 acre site into eight single family residential parcels located on Muirwood Drive, immediately north of its intersection with Lemonwood Way; and WHEREAS, the property is zoned R -1 -6500 (Single Family Residential) District; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on May 20, 1981, at which time all pertinent testimony and documents were reviewed. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. The Planning Commission finds Tentative Map for Tract 4850 is in conformance with the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton. Section 2. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton approves Tentative Map for Tract 4850 subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development be substantially as shown on the Tentative Map, Tract 4850 on file with the City. 2. That approval of this case is subject to all conditions contained in the report from the City Engineer dated May 20, 1981, attached hereto and made a part of this case by reference. Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
