PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2303 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING. <br />THE MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION P?:F.PARED FO?'. <br />CASE MS -82 -4, WILLIAM YEE <br />WHEREAS, William Yee has applied to subdivide an approximately <br />51 acre site into four parcels, consisting of three <br />parcels of approximately five acres and one parcel of <br />approximately 36 acres, located on the west side of <br />Foothill Road, directly across from Foothill High <br />School; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is "A" (Agricultural); and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of May 11, 1983, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant maps and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning the proposed subdivision including the <br />environmental impacts of the proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Coumiission has reviewed the potential <br />impacts in accordance with state and local guidelines <br />governing the preparation of negative declarations and <br />environmental impact reports; and <br />WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated <br />that there might be a significant impact on the environ- <br />ment concerning geologic impacts and water related <br />impacts, but that conditions included in the project <br />approval would reduce any potentially significant <br />adverse environmental effects to an insignificant level. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF TH7 CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Finds that based upon the review of the Initial Study, <br />public testimony and documentary evidence presented at <br />the public hearing that there would be no significant <br />adverse impacts upon the environment as a result of <br />project apnroval because of conditions imposed thereon. <br />Section 2: Approves the Mitigated Negative Declaration prepared <br />for case MS -82 -4 as described herein. <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />
