CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO CHURCHES AND SIMILAR <br />MEETING FACILITIES IN INDUSTRIAL ZONING DISTRICTS <br />AMENDING SECTION 2 -7.21, SUBSECTIONS 1, 2, AND <br />3 (CONDITIONAL USES), ARTICLE 9 (I INDUSTRIAL <br />DISTRICTS), CHAPTER 2 (ZONING), TITLE II (ZONING <br />AND DEVELOPMENT) OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Section 2 -7.21, Subsections 1, 2, and 3 (Conditional <br />Uses), Article 9 (I Industrial Districts), Chanter <br />2 (Zoning), Title II (Zoning and Development) of <br />the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton is <br />amended to indicate the following use as a <br />conditional use in the I -G (General Industrial), <br />I -P (Industrial Park), and L -I (Light Industrial) <br />Districts: <br />"Churches and Similar Religious and Meeting <br />Facilities in Existing Structures." <br />Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within <br />fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The <br />Valley Times a newspaper of general circulation <br />published in the City of Pleasanton. <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) <br />days after the date of its final passage and <br />adoption. <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on. <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on by the following vote: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br />ATTEST: <br />James R. <br />By Doris <br />APPROVED <br />Walker, City Clerk <br />George, Denuty City Clerk <br />AS TO FORM: <br />ROBERT E.
