WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to amend Chapter <br />2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of <br />Pleasanton by adding Article 6.5 and amending certain <br />other relevant provisions of Chapter 2; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of May 11, 1983 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public input <br />and proposed ordinances concerning their request; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2301 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF <br />CHANGES TO THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON REGARDING SECONDARY DWELLING UNITS <br />FOR RENTAL PURPOSES ON SINGLE FAMILY LOTS <br />this proposal is exempt under the California Environ- <br />mental Quality Act (CEQA); and <br />the Planning Commission believes the proposed changes <br />to be in the best interest of the public. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1: Recommends approval of the changes to the Ordinance <br />Code of the City of Pleasanton as described in the <br />draft ordinance attached hereto as Exhibit "A" <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF TH7 CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 11TH DAY OF MAY 1983 BY TH7 FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Wilson and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATED: May 11, 1983 <br />
