41, That the developer comply with any and all applicable <br />requirements of the cross connections control and <br />backflow prevention device programs required by the <br />California Administrative Code, Title 17. <br />42, That a separate water meter be provided to each <br />lot of record within the development unless <br />otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br />43. That approval for the number, type and location <br />of fire hydrants be withheld pending final design <br />review by the Fire Marshal, and final review by <br />the City Engineer. <br />44. That approval of the sanitary sewer system be with- <br />held pending final design and until the developer <br />has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer that the proposed system is adequate, <br />connects to an approved point of discharge, and <br />meets both the immediate and long -range require- <br />ments of the sanitary sewer system in this and all <br />tributary areas. <br />45. That a separate sanitary sewer lateral be provided <br />to each lot of record within the development unless <br />otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br />46. That approval of the storm drainage system be withheld <br />pending final design and until the developer has demon- <br />strated to the satisfaction of the City Engineer that <br />the system is adequate, connects to an approved point <br />of discharge, meets any and all applicable requirements <br />of the Alameda County Flood Control District Zone 7, <br />meets any and all applicable requirements of the Federal <br />Emergency Management Flood Hazard Program, and meets <br />the immediate and long -range requirements of this <br />development and all upstream areas intended to be <br />drained through this tract. <br />47. That electric power distribution, gas distribution, <br />communication service, and any required alarm systems <br />be installed underground in a joint utility trench <br />unless otherwise specifically approved by the City <br />Engineer. <br />
