PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANT0N COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2300 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD -83 -8, APPLICATION OF KAMP, CROUCH, KRAL, "MOHR PARK" WHEREAS, Kamp, Crouch, Kral and Castlewood Properties, Inc. have applied for PUD (Planned Unit Development) development plan approval for a 340 unit mixed density residential project on approximately 60 acres located at the northeast corner of Oakland and Mohr Avenues; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) Medium Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing on May 11, 1983, the Planning Commission recommended approval of a Negative Declaration for this project, considered all public testimony, exhibits and recommendations of the applicants and City Staff; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed zoning is in conformance with the General Plan for the property which is the subject of this application. NOW, THEREFORE THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1: Recommends approval of Case PUD -83 -8, the application of Kamp, Crouch, Kral and Castlewood Properties, Inc. for PUD development plan approval for a 340 unit mixed density residential project on approximately 60 acres located at the northeast corner of Oakland and Mohr Avenues, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof by this reference. Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE 11TH DAY OF MAY 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: ABSTAIN: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Wilson and Chairman Lindsey None None None
