PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANT0N <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2300 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD -83 -8, <br />APPLICATION OF KAMP, CROUCH, KRAL, "MOHR <br />PARK" <br />WHEREAS, Kamp, Crouch, Kral and Castlewood Properties, Inc. <br />have applied for PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />development plan approval for a 340 unit mixed <br />density residential project on approximately 60 <br />acres located at the northeast corner of Oakland <br />and Mohr Avenues; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) Medium Density Residential District; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing on May 11, 1983, <br />the Planning Commission recommended approval of a <br />Negative Declaration for this project, considered <br />all public testimony, exhibits and recommendations <br />of the applicants and City Staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed zoning <br />is in conformance with the General Plan for the property <br />which is the subject of this application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1: Recommends approval of Case PUD -83 -8, the application <br />of Kamp, Crouch, Kral and Castlewood Properties, Inc. <br />for PUD development plan approval for a 340 unit mixed <br />density residential project on approximately 60 <br />acres located at the northeast corner of Oakland and <br />Mohr Avenues, subject to the conditions shown on <br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof <br />by this reference. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 11TH DAY OF MAY 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br />Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson, Wilson and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />None <br />None <br />None <br />
