DISCUSSION CONCERNING THE CITY ATTORNEY RECRUITMENT <br /> Council discussed and reviewed the recruitment process with recruitment consultant <br /> Bobbie Peckham. <br /> 5. ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSE: <br /> CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL ANTICIPATED LITIGATION pursuant to <br /> Government Code §54956.9(b): Significant exposure to litigation arising from the pending <br /> application filed with the City conceming the conversion of the Vineyard Villa Mobilehome <br /> Park to "residential ownership" <br /> 6.
