22. That a final landscape plan be su~mitted to the Planning <br /> Division_~or approval prior to issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br /> 23. That the colors of the building(s) be submitted to the <br /> Planning Division for approval prior to the issuance of a <br /> building permit. <br /> <br /> 24. That the developer pay any and all fees =hat the proper~y may <br /> be subject to. <br /> <br /> 25. That only modular newspaper dispensers accommodating more <br /> than one newspaper shall be allowed outside of buildings <br /> within the development~ the design of these dispensers shall <br /> be approved by the Planning Division. <br /> <br /> 26. That the developer submit a building permit survey and a site <br /> development plan in accordance with the provisions of Chapter <br /> 18.68 of the Municipal Code of the City of Pleasanton, and <br /> that these plans ~e approved by the City Engineer prior to <br /> the issuance of a building permit. That =he site development <br /> plan include all required information to design and construct <br /> site, grading, paving, drainage and utilities. Specific <br /> items to be indicated on the site development plan necessaz7· <br /> to construct the improvements are to be in accordance wi~h <br /> the City of Pleasanton Private Development Design Guidelines <br /> and Standard Details adopted April 15, 1986. <br /> <br />27. That the paving sections for the on-site parking and drive <br /> areas be designed on the basis of an R-Value test and a <br /> traffic index to carl7 the anticipated traffic loads. This <br /> design shall be subject to the approval of =he City Engineer. <br /> The minimum paving section shall be 2m A.C. on 6" of A.B. <br /> The minimum A.C. pavement slope shall be 1%. For pavement <br /> slopes of less than 1% ~he surface runoff shall be carried in <br /> a concrete gutter to an acceptable point of discharge. The <br /> minimum slope for concrete gutter shall be 0.5%. <br /> <br />28.
