CITY COUNCIL CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1407 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF DONNA MCMILLION FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-89-4 WHEREAS, Donna McMillion has applied for Planned Unit Development development plan approval to subdivide an approximately one acre parcel into two lots (with one existing residence) and to construct a single family dwelling located at 3775 Trenery Drive; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Medium Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on March 21, 1989 after considering all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 21, 1989; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan is consistent with the General Plan policies and PUD Ordinance of the City of Pleasanton. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves Case PUD-89-4, the development plan to subdivide an approximately one acre parcel into two lots (with one existing residence) and to construct a single- family dwelling located at 3775 Trenery Drive subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton.
