CITY COUNCIL CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1407 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF DONNA <br /> MCMILLION FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AS FILED UNDER <br /> CASE PUD-89-4 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Donna McMillion has applied for Planned Unit Development <br /> development plan approval to subdivide an approximately <br /> one acre parcel into two lots (with one existing <br /> residence) and to construct a single family dwelling <br /> located at 3775 Trenery Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br /> Development) - Medium Density Residential District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative <br /> declaration was adopted by Council on March 21, 1989 <br /> after considering all public testimony, relevant <br /> exhibits and recommendations of the City staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendation for approval of the proposed development <br /> plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 21, <br /> 1989; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan is <br /> consistent with the General Plan policies and PUD <br /> Ordinance of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves Case PUD-89-4, the development plan to <br /> subdivide an approximately one acre parcel into two lots <br /> (with one existing residence) and to construct a single- <br /> family dwelling located at 3775 Trenery Drive subject to <br /> the conditions shown on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and <br /> made part of this case by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in the "The Valley Times," <br /> a newspaper of general circulation published in the City <br /> of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> <br />
