<br />MINUTES <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />April 21, 2009 <br /> <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Hosterman called the regular meeting to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m. Councilmember <br />Cook-Kallio led in the Pledge of Allegiance and provided the introductory remarks. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Present: Councilmembers Cook-Kallio, McGovern, Sullivan, Thorne, Mayor Hosterman <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />City Manager Fialho requested the April 6, 2009 minutes be continued to the next regular meeting <br />on May 5, 2009. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> <br />Administrative Services <br /> <br />1. Approved regular and special meeting minutes of March 3, 2009, special meeting minutes of <br />April 6 (pulled from the agenda) <br />February 17 and 24, 2009, March 10, 2009, and 7, 2009 <br /> <br />City Manager <br /> <br />2. Approved Deferred Payment of City Development Impact Fees for Residential Developments <br /> <br />Public Hearing: <br />3. Approved the Annual Action Plan for the Use of Federal Community <br />Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Recovery (CDBG-R) Funds for Fiscal Year 2009 <br />(2009-10) <br /> <br />Community Development <br /> <br />Cook-Kallio <br />4. Accepted actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission -- <br />recused from PADR-1979 <br /> <br /> <br />Councilmember McGovern noted a condition was deleted regarding the noise ordinance, but <br />confirmed with the City Manager that the ordinance would still need to be complied with, and asked <br />that the minutes reflect this requirement. <br /> <br />5. Accepted public improvements and authorized the City Clerk to file a notice of completion for <br />work performed by O’Grady Paving, Inc. for Resurfacing of Various City Streets, CIP No. <br />085003; and authorized payment of retention in the amount of $198,817.56 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
