CITY COUNCIL CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1406 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF CHET RICHARDS AND JESSIE PRIES AS FILED UNDER CASE PUI)-89-2 WHEREAS, Chet Richards and Jessie Pries have applied for development plan approval to construct a twelve-unit apartment complex to be located on an approximately 2.8 acre site at 1045 Division Street; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Medium Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on March 7, 1989; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 7, 1989; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and is consistent with the General Plan policies and PUD Ordinance of the City of Pleasanton. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves the development plan to construct a twelve- unit apartment complex to be located on an approximately 1045 Division Street subject to the conditions shown on Attachment A, attached heret0 and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption.
