37, That all existing wells, septic tanks or holding tanks on the <br /> site be properly sealed, filled and abandoned prior to tile <br /> start o'~ grading operations unless Zone 7 retains specific <br /> wells for observation wells, or special approval is obtained <br /> from the City Engineer for temporary use of an existimi well <br /> for construction water. Any wells designated for abandonment <br /> or any wells, encountered during construction, are to be <br /> destroyed in accordance with a permit obtained from Zone 7 by <br /> calling (415) 443-9300. <br /> <br />38. That the haul route for all materials to and from this <br /> development be approved by the City Engineer prior to the <br /> start of any construction. <br /> <br />39. That approval of the water supply and distribution system be <br /> withheld pendin9 final design and until the developer has <br /> demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City Engineer that <br /> the proposed system Mats beth the immediate and long-range <br /> requirements for supplying water in this area, <br /> <br />43. That the developer comply with any and all appl icabls <br /> requirements of the cross-connections control and backflow <br /> prevention device pro~rass required by the California <br /> Administrative Code, Title 17, <br /> <br />44. That approval for the number, type and location of fire <br /> hydrants be withhold pending final design, review by the Fire <br /> Marshal, and final review by the City ld~lineer. <br /> <br />45.
