CITY COUNCIL CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1405 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF TED AND <br /> CORRINE MAVRIDIS AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-88-15 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ted and Corrine Mavridis have applied for Planned Unit <br /> Development (PUD) rezoning and development plan approval <br /> for a 10 lot, single-family residential project to be <br /> located on an approximately three acre site located at <br /> 6168 Sunol Boulevard; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is "A" (Agricultural) District; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative <br /> declaration was adopted by Council on March 7, 1989; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendation for approval of the rezoning and <br /> development plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 7, 1989; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and <br /> rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of <br /> the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the rezoning of approximately 10 acre site <br /> located at 6168 Sunol Boulevard from the "A" <br /> (Agricultural) to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br /> District. <br /> <br />Section 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating <br /> and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby <br /> amended by Zoning Unit Map #371, attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit "B" dated March 7, 1989, and incorporated herein <br /> by reference. <br /> <br />Section 3. Approves the development plan for a 10 lot, single- <br /> family residential project to be located on an <br /> approximately three acre site located at 6168 Sunol <br /> Boulevard subject to the conditions shown on Attachment <br /> A, attached hereto and made part of this case by <br /> reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
