CITY COUNCIL CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1405 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF TED AND CORRINE MAVRIDIS AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-88-15 WHEREAS, Ted and Corrine Mavridis have applied for Planned Unit Development (PUD) rezoning and development plan approval for a 10 lot, single-family residential project to be located on an approximately three acre site located at 6168 Sunol Boulevard; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is "A" (Agricultural) District; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on March 7, 1989; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the rezoning and development plan; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 7, 1989; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves the rezoning of approximately 10 acre site located at 6168 Sunol Boulevard from the "A" (Agricultural) to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) District. Section 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #371, attached hereto as Exhibit "B" dated March 7, 1989, and incorporated herein by reference. Section 3. Approves the development plan for a 10 lot, single- family residential project to be located on an approximately three acre site located at 6168 Sunol Boulevard subject to the conditions shown on Attachment A, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference.
