CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1403 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 (PART) OF <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1336 AND SECTION 17.36.160 <br /> OF THE PT~ASANTON MUNICIPAL CODE <br /> CONCERNING THE APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR <br /> GROWTH MANAGEMENT APPROVAL <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Section 1 (Part) of Ordinance No. 1336 and <br /> Section 17.36,160 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code <br /> are hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Section 17.36,160 Application Procedure. <br /> <br /> A. Any developer of a project meeting the <br /> eligibility requirements shall request growth <br /> management approval prior to April 1st of any <br /> given year; any developer of a project, which <br /> in 1989 was exempted from the Stoneridge <br /> Specific Plan, meeting the eligibility <br /> requirements shall request growth management <br /> approval prior to June 1, 1989. <br /> <br /> (Subsections B-D, no change)." <br /> <br />Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within <br /> fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley <br /> Times," a newspaper of general circulation <br /> published in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) <br /> days after the date of its final passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton on March 7, 1989. <br /> <br /> <br />
